Who we are

Buying a phone or accessory

Prices include VAT where it applies. An order is accepted when we confirm it has been dispatched or is ready to collect, and we can refuse an order before then, for example if the item has sold in the shop or the price shown was clearly wrong. Every phone is tested by hand before it is listed. Refurbished phones are graded on how they look, and the grades are explained on our How we grade page. Battery health shown on a listing is the minimum for that grade at the time of sale. Photos of refurbished phones may show a phone of the same model and grade rather than the exact unit.

Payment

We take payment through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card is authorised when you order and charged when we confirm the order is being fulfilled or, for call-outs, when we confirm the slot. If we cannot fulfil an order, we release the authorisation and nothing is charged.

Repairs

We quote before we start and only do work you have agreed to. Diagnosis is free. Where we cannot fix a fault we quoted for, you do not pay for that repair. Back up your data before any repair: we are not responsible for data loss. Phones left with us and not collected within 90 days of us telling you they are ready may be disposed of or sold to cover the cost of the repair. Repairs carry a 30-day warranty on the parts we fit, as set out in our returns policy.

Call-outs

A call-out booking is a request until we confirm it by WhatsApp or phone. The call-out fee is credited against the repair. Some repairs cannot be done on a call-out and we will say so before you book. Cancellation and refund terms for call-outs are in our returns policy.

Selling us your phone

Quotes are subject to inspection. You confirm the phone is yours to sell, is not blocked, reported lost or stolen, or subject to finance, and that you have removed any activation lock. We wipe every phone we buy. We may ask for photo ID and keep a record of the transaction.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns policy explains how to cancel, return or claim under warranty.

Website

We try to keep listings accurate but stock changes through the day at the shop and on other channels. If an item you order has sold, we will tell you and release the payment. Content on this site belongs to Redstone Sol Tech Ltd. Apple, Samsung, Google and other brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also rely on the protections of your home nation.
