Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? 14 days
If you bought a phone or accessory online, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us by email, WhatsApp or phone, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. It must be unused, not activated or signed in to an Apple ID or Google account, and in its original packaging with everything that came in the box. We refund the price and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. You pay for the return, and we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery because you are responsible for it until it reaches us. We can reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what you would do in a shop.
This 14-day right does not apply to phones bought in the shop, to repairs once the work has started, or to call-outs once we have attended.
Faulty phones and accessories
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of anything below. If something is faulty when you get it, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we repair or replace it, and if we cannot, we refund you.
Amped365 12-month warranty on phones
Every phone we sell, new or refurbished, comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against faults that are not caused by accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or normal wear. Battery health is guaranteed to be at or above the figure shown on the listing when you buy. Bring the phone to the shop or send it to us and we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover cracked screens, water ingress, lost or stolen phones, or data.
Repairs: 30-day parts warranty
Parts we supply and fit are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days. This does not cover physical or liquid damage after the repair. If a repair does not fix the fault we quoted for, you do not pay for it.
Call-out bookings
The call-out fee is taken when you book and is credited against the repair. If we cannot attend at the confirmed time, or we attend and cannot fix the phone, the fee is refunded in full. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice we refund the fee in full. With less notice, or if nobody is there when we arrive, the fee covers the visit.
Selling us your phone
The price we quote is the price we pay as long as the phone matches your description when we inspect it. If it does not, we tell you the revised price and you can take the phone away at no cost. Phones must be yours to sell, not blocked or reported lost or stolen, and signed out of iCloud or your Google account.
