What does the call-out fee cover?
The trip. It comes off the price of the repair, so if a screen is £80 and the fee was £25, you pay £55 on the day. If we can't fix it, the fee covers the visit.
When is my booking confirmed?
When the team messages you. Paying reserves the request; we check the diary and confirm by WhatsApp or phone, usually within the hour in opening times.
What if you can't make the time I picked?
We'll offer the next available slot. If none suit, we refund the fee in full.
What can't be done on a call-out?
Water damage, software and data jobs, and anything that needs the bench. For those, book a drop-in and we'll sort it in the shop.
