What do you buy?
Phones from Apple, Samsung and Google first, and most other makes. Tablets, smartwatches and earbuds too. Broken and locked phones are fine, the price just reflects it.
How is the price worked out?
Model, storage, condition and whether it's network locked. A couple of photos on WhatsApp gets you the most accurate price before you come in.
Do I need the box or charger?
No. They can add a little to the price, but we buy the phone on its own.
What about my data?
Sign out of iCloud or your Google account and remove the SIM before you come in. We wipe every phone we buy in front of you.
