How long it takes

Screen and battery jobs are usually same day if we have the part in. Logic board work and liquid damage take longer because they need proper diagnosis rather than a guess. We will give you a realistic timescale when you drop it off, not an optimistic one.

Before you bring it

Back up anything you cannot lose. We are careful, but no repair shop can guarantee data on a machine that is already faulty. Bring your charger if the fault is power related, and know your password, because we cannot test a repair we cannot log into.
