Delivery and collection
Collect from the shop
Free. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from Amped365, 11 Boar Lane, Leeds LS1 6EN, a short walk from Leeds station. Orders placed in opening hours are usually ready within the hour and we message you when they are. Bring your order number and photo ID.
UK delivery
- Tracked delivery, 2 to 3 working days: £4.95 on orders up to £149.99. Royal Mail Tracked 48, signed for.
- Next working day by 1pm, insured: £7.95 on orders up to £499.99. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, tracked and insured for the full value.
- Free next working day, insured: on orders of £500 or more.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Later orders and weekend orders go out the next working day. Phones are sent fully insured and need a signature, so please use an address where someone can sign.
Where we deliver
Mainland UK only at the moment. We do not ship outside the UK.
Problems with a delivery
If your order has not arrived within 2 working days of the date we gave you, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and let us know within 48 hours.
Call-outs
Call-out repairs are not deliveries: we come to you. See the Book a repair page for zones and fees.
