How we grade every phone
Our grades use eBay's condition names, so a phone graded here is graded the same on eBay. Refurbished phones come in three grades that describe how they look. Everything else, from the battery check to the warranty, is the same whichever you choose.

Three grades. No surprises.
Refurbished phones come in three grades that describe how they look. New, Open box and Used are exactly what they say. Every working phone is tested by hand before it's listed.

Like new
You'd struggle to tell it from a new phone.
- Screen Flawless
- Body No marks you'd notice from arm's length
- Battery 90% or better
Very Good
Light signs of use
A few light marks on the body or frame, nothing on the screen.
- Screen Clean, no scratches
- Body Light scuffs or hairline marks
- Battery 85% or better
Good
Used, and priced for it
Visible scratches or scuffs. Works perfectly. The best value.
- Screen Possible light marks, invisible when on
- Body Visible scratches or dents
- Battery 80% or better
